The Good Beer Guide from CAMRA is launched today we are in it once again. They will be onsale behind the bar very soon. So why not pick up your copy while trying a few real ales.

Once again The Cock Hotel in Wellington Shropshire has been voted the Pub of the Year by the Telford and East Shropshire CAMRA division.
This year the process worked differently than in previous years to make it a much fairer contest. This years Pub of the Year was decided by both local and National CAMRA members.The Local CAMRA members voted for a shortlist of six pubs in the area and then CAMRA members from outside of the area visited in a secret shopper type exercise to select the winner.

We have now been put forward for the next round so fingers crossed.

We will let you all know when the Presentation for the Pub of The Year will be.
